ZOPI
The Polish Association of Designers and Engineers (ZOPI) brings together entities focused on design, engineering services, and services related to the work of engineers. ZOPI has existed since 2020 and currently brings together 45 companies.
ZOPI’s Goals:
- Protecting the interests of the Association’s Members.
- Advocating for an equal contractual position of Designers and Engineers in the course of investment processes.
- Overseeing the correctness of contractual conditions being created.
- Shaping market conditions for design, engineering, and consulting services.
- Promoting legislative changes to better align regulations with the expectations of Designers and Engineers.
- Building the prestige of the design and supervision industry.
- Actively participating in public debate.
- Ensuring the improvement of service quality.
- Raising the ethical standards of provided services.
- Creating a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, both nationally and internationally.
- Enhancing qualifications and education.
How does ZOPI operate?
- Engaging in dialogue with authorities and public contracting entities.
- Consulting on draft legislation.
- Filing appeals to the National Appeal Chamber (KIO).
- Participating in proceedings under Article 63 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
- Taking part in industry events.
- Cooperating with industry organizations.
- Establishing international cooperation.
