The Maxberg design office was founded in 2010 in Szczecin by architect Karol Nieradka. Today it is one of the leading design offices in the region. We form a team of ambitious designers with modern thinking about architecture and urban space. All of our leading designers have at least 15 years of experience and have unlimited architectural design licenses.

In our activity, we combine creativity with professional management of the entire design process and contact with the investor – from the concept through the formal and legal stage, detailed designs to construction. We have developed and are continually improving a quality management system that ensures high standards in the execution of each project.

We specialize in designing buildings made of multilayer prefabricated reinforced concrete, and have many years of experience in this field. All of our projects are prepared in 3D space, also using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology.
