Katarzyna Orlińska-Dejer

President of the Management Board

Graduate of the Cracow University of Technology and the Cracow University of Economics. An expert in the digitalization of the construction industry with many years of experience in implementing BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology and standardizing design and investment processes. For years, she has been involved in the ICT sector, focusing on the development and promotion of systems and tools dedicated to the construction industry and beyond.

She actively participates in numerous initiatives supporting the digital transformation in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector. She has extensive experience in managing advisory, training, and research projects (including 3D Central, Digitalization of the Construction Process in Poland, and hub4industry EDIH). She is also involved in educational and knowledge dissemination activities related to the digitalization of the construction sector (e.g., the “Projektowanie Przyszłości” and “BIM4industry” conferences). Member of the BIM Working Group operating under the Ministry of Development and Technology. Author of numerous industry publications. She actively supports and promotes the role of digital transformation and related technologies in both business and societal contexts.

Privately: a photography enthusiast, lover of unconventional trips around Poland, and good books on planning and managing just about anything. In her free time, an indefatigable gardener. Following the principle “the more, the merrier,” she values in-person meetings over online communication.

Robert Szczepaniak

Vice President of the Management Board

Graduate of Warsaw University of Technology and Technische Universität Wien (Faculty of Architecture). Holds full architectural licenses in Austria (1995: Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland) and in Poland (2010: Mazovian Chamber of Architects). Runs his own architectural practice. An enthusiast of new technologies, while maintaining a keen eye for tradition and core values in life. He was a member of the external expert group involved in the project “Digitalization of the Construction Process in Poland”, carried out by the Ministry of Development (currently the Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology) and supported by the European Commission (DG Reform). Founding member of the Association “BIM for Polish Construction”. Author of several dozen articles on BIM and IPD in professional press, as well as expert opinions on the implementation of public investments using the BIM methodology. Certified Green Belt Lean Practitioner.

An active sports enthusiast (tennis, skiing, jogging) and a great lover of dance in general, with a particular passion for modern ballet.

Other interests: music (anything except mainstream, preferably at the intersection of styles), books (paper, e-reader or audiobooks), and shamanism.

Likes: light salads and heavy wines, occasionally Islay Malts (Laphroaig and Lagavulin). Dislikes: travel (unless it’s an inward journey).

Konrad Majewski

Vice President of the Management Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Legal counsel with over a decade of experience in public procurement law. He advises both contractors and contracting authorities at all stages of public procurement procedures. He acts as a legal representative in appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber. He represents companies from the construction sector in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts, as well as in disputes arising from such agreements. For many years, he has also been advising on the legal aspects of BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Maciej Dejer

Vice President of the Management Board

Graduate of Częstochowa University of Technology, a civil engineer with a strong aptitude for IT technology. For over 15 years, he has been successfully implementing the BIM methodology, delivering projects for the US and Canadian markets, and since 2011 also in Poland. He was a member of the external expert group involved in the project “Digitalization of the Construction Process in Poland”, carried out by the Ministry of Development (currently the Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology) and supported by the European Commission (DG Reform).

A strong advocate of the Open BIM philosophy in every possible context, he is also actively involved in promoting the BIM methodology.

Privately, a fan of TV series and action/superhero movies, a talented cook who can always create something out of nothing. He relieves the stress caused by a fast-paced work environment by dancing hip-hop.

Wojciech Sumlet

Vice President of the Management Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Cracow University of Technology. A member of the Małopolska Chamber of Architects (MPOIA) since 2011. Since 2018, he has held a PhD in Technical Sciences and works as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Architecture at Cracow University of Technology. Since 2018, he has also been the owner of the HSA architectural studio based in Kraków.

He has over a decade of experience in architectural design across all scales. A BIM practitioner and enthusiast since 2011, he has been involved with the BIM Klaster since its inception. He is the author of numerous scientific publications on scale in architecture, BIM technology, and augmented reality.

In his academic work, he combines topics from urban theory, architectural form theory, philosophy, psychology of architecture, and advanced computational techniques. In his design practice, he strives to translate theory into real-world solutions.
